Westlake Marina

Open living room and kitchen in white shiplap, pale oak floors running to sliding doors onto the deck
Living room with a grey sofa and a fluted oak table, sliding doors standing open on the lawn
Galley kitchen in white with brass fittings, the room running on past the dining table to the front door
Kitchen peninsula under nickel pendants, four tan leather stools and the marina through the glass
Bedroom in white shiplap, an oak bed on a jute rug and a Shut Up And Fish print beside the window
Bathroom in marble tile, a glass shower alongside an oak vanity under a rounded mirror
Teak and rope seating on the terrace, the lawn running down to the reeds and the boats at their moorings
A weathered picnic table and grill on the grass, reeds and the marina behind
From the air: the cottages and their solar roofs beside the marina, Lake Montauk opening out behind
From the air: Lake Montauk and its harbour, docks and boats running out toward the ocean

We set the scene.
